At this point I would say completely avoid ddps like the black plague.
Please help activate my server as soon as possible. After purchase, it has remained in Pending status.
I hope it won’t be the same as the server I bought on April 7 — I paid on April 7, but it was never activated. I submitted three support tickets during that period and received no response. Eventually, on May 7, when my credit card auto-renewed, I finally received the activation email.
So, I hope the newly purchased server can be activated promptly, instead of waiting until next month’s credit-card auto-payment to be automatically activated.
サーバーの開通を早めていただけると助かります。購入後ずっと Pending 状態のままです。
4月7日に購入したサーバーの時のようにならないことを願っています。あの時は 4月7日に支払ったにもかかわらず開通されず、期間中に 3 回チケットを送ったのに返答がなく、結局 5月7日にクレジットカードの自動決済が行われたタイミングで突然開通メールが届きました。
今回新しく購入したサーバーは、来月のクレジットカード自動引き落としのタイミングまで放置されず、早めに開通していただければ幸いです。
