At that point just get an Oracle Cloud account for a free VPS.
OVH VPS-1 is a solid choice though it is not the cheapest

If you're looking for cheap CA VPS and are okay without IPv4 (just IPv6 /64 or larger), here are some thoughts + tips:
Canada has higher bandwidth & IPv4 scarcity costs, so cheap IPv4-included plans are usually limited. Without IPv4, you’ll likely find better deals.
Watch providers often in Montreal or Toronto with IPv6-friendly networks. Sometimes colo providers or smaller “boutique” hosts will offer IPv6-only or cheap dual-stack options.
Check out smaller providers like Vultr (occasionally promos), or look for smaller hosts/local ISPs who resell virtual machines. Also search LET offers in past threads, sometimes people post deals you can piggyback on.
Make sure you clarify the port speed (1 Gbps? 100 Mbps?) and whether bandwidth is shared or dedicated, because that affects real usability.
