    Indeed, the support system is also quite slow, we usually need to wait for the reply twice a week, so as the order.

  • My order was cancelled, but I haven’t received either a refund or the server. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will have to open a dispute with Stripe.

  • Server again down and been more than an hour,

    They have mentioned network issues in subnet, also mentioned will send a email out sson regarding this issue

    Either I am expecting too much or it's nonsense, the server isn't really stable at all

    the product page said delivery within 1–2 weeks, but it’s already past that and still nothing. no updates, no response to tickets either.I don’t mind waiting, but at least give us some kind of explanation and a deliver date.

    Don't mind waiting, but at least give an update. See there's also a new advisory at the top of the page about a certain subnet having issues which is new so assuming at least someone is around.

  • I can confirm this is a scam.

    I requested a refund, and their website has shown it as "refunded" for over two months now. However, I contacted my bank a few days ago, and they confirmed that no refund was ever received.

    To make matters worse, I have had a support ticket open for over a month with absolutely no response. They have taken my money and are now completely ignoring me.

    Stay away from this company.

  • Same. Pretty much my worst purchase on LET so far. I've a ticket open but with every passing day it is certain that neither server will be delivered nor money be refunded nor ticket be answered. Let them do whatever they want and no point in sulking over the loss. You know that businesses with that attitude doesn't last long.

  • It is interesting that admins are not reacting to this case..

    We have paid more than $4000 3 months ago to this provider and got no service at all. 3 servers out of 8 and works like a shit. We even requested a refund for the remaining servers. We no longer need them. We need them only in the stated delivery date which was 1-2 weeks after the order and they don’t reply at all.

    We will open a thread about it soon.

    Personally I hope this doesn't end in a deadpool. My services with him have been rock solid so far.

    However, reading through this thread and some others lately, a one man show.... It doesn't give me much confidence.

    I hope all ends well.

    Yes. No matter who... Long waiting time without updates. I'd chargeback with my payment processor no questions asked.
