You would need to create virtual mac on ovh panel and then when you add that IP to virtualizor panel you select routed network add the IP including the mac address.
IP Pool Option only have select routed network option. i Add extra IP on Add IP menu
Read it again what i wrote, it is worthless adding IP without MAC generated in ovh panel!
You need to generate a Ovh MAC address then add that MAC address to your IP address and the MAC address to your virtualizor panel
As AlbaHost said, you need to generate mac address for the additional IP to work. Also IP gateway would be server-ip.254
I have already created the virtual mac + setup gateway still the ping not working
Are you routing the traffic on the correct interface. Maybe try recreating the MAC address
Send them a ticket to virtualizor, their support is good and they always help you
