Looking for Ashburn VPS

Looking for the absolute cheapest possible Ashburn VPS

NAT is fine. But NO ipv6

Minimum specs i would like is
1 core (if its a newer faster cpu), or 2 cores if its an older cpu.
1 gb ram
15 gb ssd
30 tb monthly bandwidth @ 250 mbps+

High bandwidth is nice to have, but will most likely not use all of it.

    I have the 1GB RackNerd in Ashburn. It does pretty well. It should be noted, though, that it's IPv4 only.
