Resource Limits
All accounts currently have a 2 core + 3GB RAM limit, along with a 200 email per user per day limit. If you need more than this, you can always open a ticket and we can discuss. The email limit can often be raised for free if you can provide examples of the emails that you are sending.

WHMCS Addon
We are an officially licensed reseller of WHMCS. If you need to purchase a WHMCS license for use as an addon for our shared hosting or virtual private servers, you can do so here. Any WHMCS licenses purchased must be used on one of our virtual private servers or website hosting plans.
Features:
- All plans are reseller, meaning that you can make as many sub-accounts as you'd like, and you can integrate it with your WHMCS, Blesta, etc. instance to sell DirectAdmin hosting.
- We take daily backups with a 30-day retention period for all backups to an off-site storage server. You can restore these at any time through the control panel.
- All plans are powered by Gen4 NVMe SSD disks and quick processors, ensuring high performance.

Note:
Plans are currently being provisioned on 9950X, but this may change in the future (e.g., we have plans to move to EPYC Genoa/Turin if/when it becomes feasible). We try to make upgrades in good faith, and it's likely that we may outgrow Ryzen as our lineup grows.

Hi, unfortunately, we don't have any ETA for this, but we may expand our shared hosting offers to other locations at a future date.
It would probably be okay, but I would recommend using a CDN in front like Bunny.net or Cloudflare since it's a far distance.
It's possible that we may introduce a promo! Unfortunately, I can't provide any information in advance.

This will most likely happen, but we will likely wait until we launch website hosting in Los Angeles so that it more closely aligns with the location of our legacy plans.
We have this on our roadmap but no ETA.
Unfortunately, I can't provide any information in advance regarding our BF promos. As for other locations, we plan to launch website hosting in every PoP that we are in at some point, but we don't have any ETAs.
