What VPN/proxy do you use for torrenting?

I’m curious if anyone here is using a VPN or proxy specifically for torrenting. If yes, which provider do you recommend and why?
I’m mainly looking for something reliable, affordable, and with decent speeds for P2P. Do you use a dedicated seedbox, a VPS with VPN/proxy setup, or just a commercial VPN provider?

As long as you're using private trackers just wireguard off a vps from a cheap provider with lots of bw, nobody gives a shit.
