Most providers should give you 24-48 hours to remove DMCA.
However, for live streams and things such as this those are more strict with some providers due to more legal matters. It's always best to check and ask each provider or view their AUP.

You're right, forgot to mention how long the deadline should be, based on my experience, most of them take a few days before responding, so I think at least 3 days at minimum.
Europe. They want APAC, but at this budget range and they have to be DMCA-ignored too, not possible.

do it in another way, buy a normal server , then proxy the traffic via a DMCA proxy server, 1 core 1 G VPS will do the job.

Did you read what is inside the link? New customers will need to do KYC. If you are looking for ignoring DMCA and someone is asking for you do KYC. Certainly is not a smart move.
