Seeking European map of blackfiber.
I am seeking a map pertaining to blackfiber in Europe, in the same sense that there are maps
of under sea fiber optic cables I would want a map of fiber cables across land.
Is such a map available to the public? The closest I have gotten is to go through websites of bigger ASNs and reviewing the maps they publish about their own networks.

The only map I see earlier is Russian one, but I think by Europe you mean EU.
Anyway, you can see interactive map here:

And also available as pdf (proper pdf reader needed for "menu"):

Thank you :-)
And no I am seeking a map of European continent or countries within, all countries does not have to be EU members like Ukraine, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Belarus etc etc
Not possible, but you can look at network maps from RETN for example:
https://retn.net/en/network/network-map
https://www.arelion.com/our-network/
Is "dark fiber" called "black fiber" elsewhere? I find that term misleading if that's the case.
Such a map doesn’t exist.
While there are only a handful of undersea cables, there are countless on land. Dozens, if not hundreds, of different companies own fiber networks in different regions. In Germany alone, there are likely over 100 companies operating their own infrastructure.
Not all of them are willing to share detailed route information, and even if they were, coordinating and maintaining a single, comprehensive map would be really hard.
i wonder why? to find lowest latency?
In Norway the term black fiber (sort fiber) is often used.
Gray fiber is used for wavelengths.
Or to find where to dig for maximum damage.
How much can you make if you dig up a cable like that?
hello russia
hello pervert
Would be interesting to look at :-)
