Getting “cheap” Japanese VPS with dual ISP residential IPs can be tricky.
– Most providers in Japan (especially Tokyo/Osaka) offer VPS with datacenter IPs, not residential.
– Residential IPs in Japan are usually much more expensive because they require special agreements with ISPs.
– If you find a VPS under $10/month in Japan, expect it to be datacenter-grade IP only.
If residential IPs are a must, you may need to look at specialized VPN/proxy providers rather than standard VPS hosts. Otherwise, a small VPS in Tokyo with 1 vCPU/1GB RAM/20GB SSD is usually the cheapest entry point.
