Damn, that's on point.
This thread continues to go well I see
Having worked for a company in the crypto space, I don’t think many people really believe that crypto should be entirely anonymous at least with regard to the payment of goods and service. There’s no real way to identify whether activity is legitimate or comes from fraudulent activity with crypto, especially if you consider things like Tornado Cash and all of its progeny.
People that truly believe in completely anonymous transactions on the internet are generally ones who simply do not care about where the money comes from even if that means some of the money they make will have been obtained through fraud or otherwise be illegal to accept.
Considering to apply for a Patron Provider tag on LET you need to provide:
You have to simply assume the Patron Provider issuing gods here on LET know more than us commoners about their company name and where its registered.
I mean suuuurreellly without due diligence, no tag will be issued, right?
a lot of memes could be used to respond to this
WTF, so if we post YABS (or anything else) in a comment here on LET, they use it as advertising on another website, and even post your username as the submitter.

They even post affiliate links to providers that have lost their provider tag on LET.

How low can you sink in an attempt to make affiliate money?
CUNTS.
You should be here for long enough to know that there are no standards 🫠
This is total train wreck. Shame to LET allowing shady service to advertise and shady service provider to spam hardcore.
They made provider profiles on that site using the email addresses from LET profiles. I'm more bummed by that because I don't recall saying I wanted a profile made for my business on some other site using the details of this profile for it's creation. Waiting for it to get sorted out so I can claim my profile with a company email address instead of my personal email used but this account.
I wouldn't trust any provider (crypto or not) who keeps spamming mailboxes from time to time advertising their services.
But I'd surely be more suspicious to crypto providers, where you don't really have a FIAT-like regulated market and your money are prone to disappear without any possibility to get them back.
PayPal, Bank and Stripe (which now takes crypto as well + tons of alternative payments
).
Until now, I had to create rspamd rules for *@cogentco.com, *@cryptomus.com and *@heleket.com (which I tend to believe it's still cryptomus under a different blanket).
I tried logging in with my LET email on serververify.com, and the login page replied with this:
And they claim to have 73,100 reviews. That’s pretty impressive for a new website.
whois serververify.com
Creation Date: 2024-10-16T14:32:06Z
First review "made" on serviceverify.com: Apr 09, 2023 | 03:13
Now we know why @raindog404 doesn’t have time to moderate LET, he’s too busy with the copy/paste buttons.
In one year, I received over 12 inquiries where you only argued that you charge less fees than CoinGate. Absolutely terrible sales attempt. meanwhile added to our spam filter.
Don't forget to report the spam.
In Canada, violations of the Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) can result in substantial fines: up to $10 million for organizations and up to $1 million for individuals per violation.

They are apparently all sourced from LET too.
Just odd that I can't find any of them anywhere.
Disgraceful and saddening (serververify.com).
70% of advertising is for colocrossing
28% of advertising is for providers blocked in LET
2% is for providers who do things right
Since Cryptomus is blocked on our mail server we started getting new spamming messages:
Good afternoon, my name is XXX, and I represent the Heleket cryptocurrency payment system. You have probably seen our banner on the Lowendtalk website. We provide crypto payment services, and I would like to offer you the most profitable and convenient service for accepting cryptocurrency. In addition, I will prepare special terms and conditions that take your needs into account. Who can I discuss this with?Seems like they are connected Cryptomus and Heleket?
Same shit.
most important is that they spammed bilou with $$$ so that's why they are here
Cryptomus / Heleket spam got even worse than Cogent, the latter ones didn't try to evade domain ban to spam with "partnership inquiry" tickets.
We already have Cogent on the forum sending advertising messages without authorization!!
My fault for underestimating spammers.
Well cryptomus wont get banned because they advertise on lowendtalk
Report to @FAT32 @Arkas etc.
Cogent deserves to be treated just like any other spammer. I have no idea how anyone on this forum tolerates their "cold call messaging" that no one opts in for, and then would turn around and suspend any client of their own for doing the same thing.
