Or even slightly weaker performance would be fine.

    Honestly speaking, 9950x was never meant for Server Heavy duties. And I never found any of VPS Provider that really surprisingly never oversell the server. You might check for 3 months - 6 months after joining, check frequently the performance. Lucky if it did not drop below 70% or even 50%. Even played so many tricks that beginner did not even know the performance was dropped or cut to below. And once they found out the Customer really smart and can't be tricked, THEY FIRED THE CUSTOMERS :)) LoL
