    Right now, issue still isn't fixed, VPS is unusable, and Im taking losses. Honestly really disappointed with uptime and support, especially when direct questions just get brushed aside or answered off-topic. Hope this is just a rare case and nobody else runs into the same, but wanted to share how it went for me.

    We sincerely apologize for what happened. Our Düsseldorf location is normally our most solid and reliable one, with no downtime for years, and we're continuously upgrading the infrastructure to keep it that way. We promise everything will be stable going forward.

    P.S.: I've also added 1 extra week to your next due date as compensation.

    Should’ve posted this earlier - the issue was actually fixed on sep 5 in the ticket, and I confirmed it there. VPS is back online and working fine. Support added +2 weeks as compensation, which I appreciate, though with a 2year prepaid term it feels more symbolic than real.

    Main frustration was the lack of clear answers: I asked three times for an ETA and never got a straight reply; only after the issue was resolved did the senior admin admit they didnt have that info. In general, communication with the senior admin was much more constructive.

    Anyway, its fixed now - thanks for sorting it out. Lets hope it stays that way.
