Need help choosing VPS for ffmpeg encoding

Hello guys,
I want to get a VPS which I use mostly for hosting my projects, but sometimes I need to do video encoding using ffmpeg
I am between these plans and providers
Hetzner CPX31
Hetzner CAX31
Netcup VPS 3000 ARM G11
Netcup RS 2000 G11
Netcup VPS 2000 G11
Leaseweb VPS-3
OVH VPS-3
Contabo VPS 30
I am gobsmacked how is possible Contabo has the best CPU scores in Geekbench6 when its know for overselling also their shitty network is pushing me to move from them because my current VPS is with them. If anyone has experience please help me choose.

Are you doing 24/7 encoding ? Why not go for small dedi from KS or so ?
Sometimes its 24/7 hls livestream, but its not for public. I have not considered small dedi to be honest because primarly I've used the VPS for hosting my projects, but this workload was added recently so I need to consider which plan to go. Contabo is supper shit when it comes to networking, constant disconnects from source stream and even the outgoing one has issues so I prefer to close current contract with them and move.
Kimsufi dedicated is the best choice I can see so far.....
I’ve always done on any cheap VPS without issue and ban.
i used to do it on netcup RS VDS, very good, no problem in the past 2 years
but i only do encoding, not livestream, not sure the network is good or bad for 24/7 live
i have websites using netcup RS VDS too, i think i never had network problem in the past 2-3 years ( based on my uptimerobot )
BTW, i use their germany server
For encoding, till now ryzen 9950x is far ahead than rest of the pack. May be turin up to some extent.
Rest are disappointing and struggle if raw or source file is big.
For faster preset, any cpu would do but you'll lose quality. If you go slow, then 9950x shines.
I am actually between them and NovaHosting which replied to my other post and had 9950x VPS, the encoding will be done on this server, output will be hls but it will not be for public so the bandwidth limits are not a problem for me.
