Philippines vps

I’m looking for some cheap VPS in the Philippines, but when I check the providers’ websites, they list the Philippines as a location. However, after registering and trying to purchase, the actual available servers are in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malaysia instead.

    Hi,

thats unfortunately exactly the reason why you wont find anything.

Philippines as location is very expensive. I evaluated it there, and aside of PLDT there is nothing that could be used, and they are quiet expensive and they dont interconnect well with international carriers ( only local ones ).

So this location might be good for the big scaler to cover the philippines with their services.

But for hosting, it just makes no sense, unfortunately.

Hi, @SurferCloud has promos running currently. This would be the cheapest:

    1 vCPU
    1G RAM
    40G storage
    200GB traffic
    $24.00/year (with yearly payment)

    Philippines, Manila location

    more promos here:
    https://www.surfercloud.com/promos/vpsoffer

They should have the real Philippines - they are scloud/ucloud.cn reseller (AS142002, AS135377).

I am not their customer, but this is the cheapest I saw Philippines for currently.

  • 3hcloud, they have philippines but the network is not good.

Do these special plans come with a dedicated IPv4 and IPv6?

Oh didn't notice that, just checked.

Yup, expensive. But Philippines VPS offerings are very-very few.

  • You could also try LightNode, they have VPS offerings as well in the Philippines.

  • 阿里云 亚马逊云都有提供菲律宾 VPS 产品 可以找我了解价格

  • aliyun or ucloud, big PROVIDERS from CHN
    very cheap*(for new user)

IPv4 yeah through their firewall (similar to cloud providers like GCP, you get NAT to your VM). IPv6 nope.

For those who's interested, Alibaba cloud Philippines location seems to be back in stock
    $10/year
    https://www.alibabacloud.com/en/product/swas

  • lived in ph before. 20 typhoon per year, infrastructure is extremly old and maintenance not skilled enough. When i was there we all connect to singapore VPS.
Avoid contabo since for me the ping test from the "SG" vps was slower than some dude LA VPS (no jokes)
Note that if it's for the legality then yeah you are right to host there. For the speed, i doubt it.

Hi Guys, I am now able to post officially in my company's name :) The costs are extremely high in The Philippines, and there are hardly any local VPS providers. However, we have VPS and VDS offerings which are very low cost. They are comparable to EU and US prices. Our servers are in the PLDT Vitro Makati 2 data center in Manila. You are welcome to look at our website, or ask me any questions if needed. I am very familiar with the local situation there.

    Yes.

Is it included? I only see "/56 IPv6 Allocation" on the purchase page with fee.
