    Hi,

cryptomous.com lacks of any kind of identification.

No company name, no company address, no company registration, no legal information, just no nothing, except a wall of text for telegram -and phonenumbers.

At least i could not find any.

@Cryptomus Is there a specific reason that you work in financial transaction market but hesitate that people know with whom they are actually working with and entrusting money?

Or am i just wrong / blind / too stupid to find the information on your website?

Would be great if you stop spamming ticket systems and to any email you find from hosting companies.

Will you continue blatantly supporting scam providers and refuse to take action after being provided with proof?

    Just generic ass responses

"We hope you managed to resolve the issue with the merchant by previously provided e-mail." yeah great, after telling you 1000 times they blocked me from billing and emails :joy:

  • Just curious why not just use btcpay server instead, it's self hosted and works.....

I'm not sure of they actually provide chashouts via bank transfer. They just mentioned stable coins.

Probably difficult to get a bank account if you have no license or anything.

First impressions are important and the first time I encountered Cryptomus was when I for months received almost daily Emergency tickets opened by their sales team to try and onboard me on Cryptomus.

    I'll pass.

    Hi,

from what perspective actually or by what definition actually?

They are legit because they are not known as scammers? Or legit because they are used by companies?

For me the first step to build an opinion if an entity is legit or not, is to know with whom i am actually trading. Thats (for me) just the bare minimum.

Would you rent a service from someone you have 0 identification from?

Would you build your own business the way that you rely on this rented service?

I would just not do that. How can you ever be a responsible provider giving any kind of guarantee for some minimum reliability if your business is based on an entity you just dont know at all?

If you are renting a VPS to use it for illegal stuff, THEN you dont need to care. Maybe even if you are renting to use it for what ever that has 0 value for you, THEN you dont need to care.

But if ever this is not the case, then renting from such entity seems to be a HIGH RISK choice and pure gamble. Maybe it works, maybe not, maybe its connected with illegal activities, maybe not, maybe it will scam you, maybe not, maybe it will do what ever shit, maybe not.

The point is that what ever happens, you have just zero security. What ever comes along you have to accept it and swallow it with all consequences for you

And sorry, based on zero security and with non existing reliability, i would just never use this for business...

But thats just my personal opinion. I dont know this entity and i have no problem with them. I would just not do any business with them as its just by far too fishy if they are hiding their identity like this.

Hello, I was recently reading an interesting article:

    https://krebsonsecurity.com/2024/12/how-cryptocurrency-turns-to-cash-in-russian-banks/

Do you think something about you was misrepresented there?
We would love to hear your thoughts and/or explanations :)

Accepts XMR, doesnt ask for an account or KYC to receive my unrefundable money (cough bitpay and coingate cough)

    Great as a buyer.

  • @jbiloh Why they have a provider tag, if there is no VPS or Dedi selling? Are you serious?

  • AlyxAlyx Member, Host Rep

Interesting to see hosts vouching for a uh.. service that is most definitely illegal under their own countries anti money laundering rules ;)

  • Avoid using these kinds of crypto payment processors—host your own BTCPay Server and receive payments directly to your wallet. No middleman, no 2–3% fees, and no risk of funds being frozen. Cryptomus constantly spammed me with emails to use their module—what a joke.
