Hetzner and OVH are the obvious answers for me when it comes to reliability.

OVH their new VPS plans do look very competitive, but I have heard mixed reviews about them over the years. Unsure how they are now but seems fine.
Thanks for all the suggestions I'll check them out 🫡
The only thing to be aware of with the new OVH VPS plans is the CPU performance isn't that great compared to other providers because they are using older gen cpus.
a) you should have at least more elaborate basic specs like preferred processor, number of cores, how much RAM, how much disk, traffic volume and min. bandwith.
b) I strongly suggest to focus on providers in the respective country, because having own hands in the DC is a major factor in reliability as well as reaction time in case SHTF (which can happen even to the best) as opposed to a provider from who knows where just happening to have a rack in say, NL.
In NL I'd go with @Hybula because pretty much everything from hardware to network and support has consistently been top-class during the years I had/have VPS with them. Not the cheapest but worth every penny.
In case NO is also OK for you I'd have a look at terrahost / @gigahost.
