I do have a VPS in Dallas from them (kuroit) and can confirm that they have decent hardware and really good connectivity (better than my @Clouvider VPS in Dallas at about double the price). If you look for good connectivity across the whole country their Dallas VPS are a really good choice and reasonably priced. Btw, also connectivity to South America is quite decent.
One single caveat: their support is good but can be quite slow.
Re @HostDZire: Their SGP Leaseweb servers are very attractive but AFAIK Leaseweb's DDOS protection is very basic, so probably not the best choice for a game server. Maybe have a look at @onidel and others.
For India though I wouldn't even look at others but simply purchase a HostDZire VPS (again, not for gaming though).
