    Although I can wait for customer service to intervene and it to be restored, I still want to remind other people who are about to buy that this is indeed a problem.

    I bought this server and sadly, on the seventh day my server went down and I couldn't use the panel. I was very disappointed.

    The server has been down for three and a half hours now and is still offline. DediRock hasn't provided any official updates or explanations yet
