I raise you with the most elusive of them all: Cabo Verde with Ellalink connectivity to both Portugal and Brazil :D

We already found that, to expensive.

Where? It looks like they are connected to Europe from everywhere via DE-CIX (Angolacables on tracerts). Only missing 2 parts out of the equation now, peering with whoever down in Brazil and a server provider.

They seem to be offly keen with their startup scene right now. https://www.wearetech.africa/en/fils-uk/news/public-management/cape-verde-ramps-up-digital-start-up-ecosystem-to-boost-economy

Maybe it is all going to corruption.

IXPON, the 7$ in Fortaleza, makes it possible.
But you won't get the best routes.

Yes, Ella Link has reduced ping between Brazil and Europe by 50%. However, there is almost no infrastructure in Fortaleza, much of it is in São Paulo (in southeastern Brazil), which adds another 30-35ms (it's like going from Madrid to Stockholm) along the way.

duh, who cares? It works with IXPON, IPv6 doesn't work in Sao as expected, hence Fortaleza.
