Last 5 hours gone did not get any new updates
Hi @ShowaibShowaib -- one of our shared hosting servers in LA today (Fiber22-R) did experience an issue that required physical intervention to resolve. The good news is that this was resolved a couple hours ago, and has been stable since.
As @DP mentioned, our status page was actively updated during the incident. We shared updates there, while also working through support tickets as quickly as possible to keep everyone informed, for full transparency.
We appreciate your patience while this was being addressed.
Yeah with physical intervention to resolve, it always going to be more complex but the status page was updated is very helpful.
Just on a side issue.
Prior to migration were using the CloudLinux PHP Selector on all our sites.
Now post migration, we see that the cPanel Multi PHP Manager is used and we can't select the CloudLinux PHP Selector as it is disabled.
Is there any reason for that?
@dustinc no shared deals?
Hi @epaslv -- appreciate you chiming in, and glad to hear the status page updates were helpful
On your side question: yes, CloudLinux PHP Selector should still be available. You’ll first need to switch over to an alt-php version (instead of ea-php*) in MultiPHP Manager, once that’s done, you’ll be able to use the CloudLinux PHP Selector accordingly.
If you still run into any issues after that, feel free to open a ticket. Our support team is very helpful and will be happy to take a closer look if needed
Hi @mwt -- that's in the works, though admittedly a lot of our attention lately has been upgrading all of our existing shared hosting servers to brand new, next-gen servers. I talked about this project in more detail in another LET thread not too long ago, but more details about have been outlined in the blog post here: https://blog.racknerd.com/racknerd-unveils-next-generation-shared-reseller-hosting-platform-powered-by-ryzen-nvme-and-cloudlinux-9/
This rollout has been a big one, and really a huge win for customers -- with all new orders already being set up on the next-gen platform (Ryzen CPU’s, NVMe storage, CloudLinux 9, etc). The goal here is to give our shared/reseller customers even more performance, stability, and runway for many years to come, at no additional charge.
Once we get closer to wrapping this up, we’ll be shifting gears to push out some fresh promos for this product line. Major progress is being made week by week
In the meantime, until we get those new promos released, I’ve kept our previous promos live, which by the way are an insane value, especially considering they’re now being deployed on next-gen hardware while retaining aggressive pricing: https://www.racknerd.com/BlackFriday/ (just toggle Shared Hosting & Reseller Hosting at the top)
I will do that as the use CloudLinux PHP Selector button is disabled.
BTW, performance of servers are great! Cheers!
Thanks Its Fixed
@dustinc after last migration, Shared/reseller servers are not more whitelabel?
a simple whois of IP or some domain shows your company name:

Can this be solved or will it remain as it is?
thanks!
