Kernel crash or just no network connectivity?

If it is kernel crash, consider using kdump to investigate your problem further.

    You need better tires.

I wrote "ax41 crash" on Google and its AI wrote this (links removed):

An "AX41 crash" could refer to an incident involving an adventure motorcycle using Bridgestone Battlax Adventurecross AX41 tires, though without more context, it's impossible to know the specific event. The AX41 is a popular 50/50 (on-road/off-road) adventure tire known for its aggressive tread and versatility, but like any tire, it can contribute to an accident if there are issues with installation, tire pressure, or the conditions of use.
    Possible Meanings of "AX41 crash"
    Motorcycle Accident:
Someone might be searching for a specific motorcycle accident where AX41 tires were involved, possibly due to a product failure or rider error related to the tire's performance.
    Installation Error:
An AX41 could be mentioned in a "crash" of a different kind, such as a motorcycle's electronic systems failing due to incorrect tire or wheel installation, as seen in a 2025 Instagram post where an ABS warning light came on after a wheel technician installed the ABS ring on the wrong side of the wheel, according to this Instagram post.
Characteristics of the Bridgestone Battlax Adventurecross AX41
    Dual-Sport Focus:
It's a versatile tire for adventure bikes, providing strong performance on both paved roads and various off-road terrains.
    Aggressive Tread:
The tire features an aggressive, enhanced tread pattern and a high cross-sectional area for excellent off-road traction and grip.
    Durability:
Bridgestone designed the AX41 with an advanced compound and block design to increase durability and reduce irregular wear, aiming for a balance between on-road longevity and off-road performance.
    Even-Wear Design:
The tread blocks have a design that helps minimize uneven wear, contributing to a longer lifespan, notes ADM Sport.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

    Regards

    Hi,

thats by far not enough information to help you.

Based on the information you provided so far, i suggest you to cancel the self managed server and rent a managed webspace. There you do not need to handle servermanagement.

    Hi,

normally thats exactly what i do.

But based on what i wrote so far, this is no way to go here.

Normally you would not rent a car, if you can not drive. This user does it.

Normally, if you can not drive, but want a car, you will have to learn it and thats what this user maybe tries with his post. But the user already lacks of fundamental skills howto learn IT stuff as it seems to me.

Normally you would ask your favorite searchengine / AI / video tutorial something like "howto analyze sudden server crashes" and based on this you will work your way through the information and hopefully become slowly more skilled.

In case you would not understand something, you will again use your favorite searchengine / AI / bla bla and so on.

Maybe you would in this all process get stuck / too much frustrated. Then you would have a specific question and posting this specific question in a forum / mailling list / where ever you think someone is there to help.

And because you have a specific question you will in most cases receive a specific, hopefully helpful answer.

But this all the user does not do. He comes in a forum and posts " i have a problem ". Like the users of the forum are wizards and can ask their bowl of wisdom for the answer on this very very very very broad and general question with exactly 0 (technical) information.

I dont know how you interpret this situation. But i interpret it the way that this user simply does not have enough motivation or time to actually learn this.

And as a result if you dont have time or motivation, you will let the problem handle other people which means in his case, going on a managed webspace and not an unmanaged server.

But of course everyone is free to have another opinion / view on this. The topic opener will know best if my point of view is wrong or if its maybe not a too bad idea to solve it as his budget seems anyway big enough to buy some high quality webspace to run his "5 statistic website made in wordpress".

Agreed. It's hard to help someone providing very vague description of their problem and one whole line from some log somwhere. At least set up some monitoring, look if some service is hogging your CPU/RAM/disk, post more logs before the server crashes (if that's what actually happens).

    I cannot agree more

  • It's faulty memory without ECC. A Hetzner traditional specialty.

It's a shot in the dark but I always manage to hit the balls.

  • try to get more logs, if not exists, try to setup and wait for next occurrence .

  • Hello Guys, Thanks to reply all of you!
I contact hetzner support Who update bios, change 2 drivers (1 ram and 1hd).

Now, they check for 3days what happen to my server and why go down.

I download all log but there isnt other “warning”

Ps ax41 it s a model of dedicated server on hetzner.
