Im also working on that. I will change setup to be multi-homed ipv6 just like ipv4 instead single-homed and are coding a new configuration. Not so easy with multiple "downstreams" included. If you have ticket, you get updated once fixed.

They still have not fixed there IPv6 and customer service is very slow

Still needs to be handled. Even after a reminder 2 days later on my side.
I believe it will eventually be resolved, but if you give an expectation, you will be disappointed when that expectation is not met by a long shot.
@HostSlick you're a joke, IPv6 still down I better had open a dispute with PayPal instead of canceling my services with you maybe that dispute with pushed you to resolve the problem and show some respect to you customers

Honestly, they haven't changed. Every year they're selling, and they don't really care about their existing customers. But this time, they're being suspended.

Can't even understand how this kinda of host can exist. 3 weeks of VPS downtime and don't even bother to recreate the VPS or reply to ticket.

Most of this deals 2023 BF hosted on The affect Server are bellow 20€/yr or even 10€/yr. There is even 4/5€/year ones.

Most of this Tickets are already deald with and rebuild and compensation but yes at this price its hard to maintain fast Support. What do you think. So things go slow. My Colleague is handle them all. There is only a handful left in the category for this.
I took some time Off. My mental health is not good. I think i burnt out over the years. So its hard for me to even respond at all. I dont have the strength.
But dont worry, i Take care of the Business. Everything else is doing well.
Once i Recover myself a bit, i will need to review if we can contiune to offer this 2023 Plans or If we need to cancel Those black friday 2023 vps Plans. We need to maintain better service, Hardware and Support but this is Not possible for me at this low prices. Black friday 2023 went a bit out of Hand with those additional Discounts that where offered. I am sorry. And the Times are changing, costs increase everywhere. Need to Invest in newer Hardware etc etc etc
Of course i will do this in time so you can find deals from Other Providers in The lowend Market coming black friday or new year when your plan might expire. That means Service time will be fullfilled of course but this Plans wont be able to be renewed. (I guess you dont want anyway)
