The vnc on the Virtualizor panel is very useful, but the vnc connected to whmcs keeps refreshing and cannot be used. Please fix it. Your mail system can only be received by manufacturers such as gmail. My own domain mailbox cannot receive emails, which makes it impossible for me to receive vps information sent by whmcs, etc.

Why do I confirm that it is your mail system problem? Because I communicate with other vendors, such as Dedirock, and I can normally receive VPS information sent by their WHMCS.

Just sharing my experience with rarecloud, maybe it'll help someone.
I rented a VPS from them in Düsseldorf on august 1. That same month, had two days when the VPS went completely offline for a whole day each. Issue just fixed itself both times so didn't open tickets.
But then on september 2 my VPS lost all external network access again (only VNC worked, nothing changed on my side, ufw and iptables all checked). Opened ticket (#GTU-751310) on september 3. Support said its a routing issue in their subnet and kept pushing to change IP. I asked directly how long the subnet would take to fix and if its even possible. Instead of an answer, they just started offering to migrate or recreate the VPS which I never asked for - while my questions about ETA or compensation were basically ignored.
Right now, issue still isn't fixed, VPS is unusable, and Im taking losses. Honestly really disappointed with uptime and support, especially when direct questions just get brushed aside or answered off-topic. Hope this is just a rare case and nobody else runs into the same, but wanted to share how it went for me.
