Why can’t you run on VPS? That’s what I used to do. One click deploy docker template and play.
I think @advinservers would be your best choice once their Johor Bahru vpses come back into stock or you can go with their Los Angeles location.
Their Premium, Ryzen VPS look good for you.

no, my services in Singapore are are not super low end sorry.
It can be a VPS or Game panel. ASIA location, I don't need much ram only 12-16GB but I need as much storage as possible 300GB+ at least. and I need high single core performance CPU

well I just though that there's no dedicated server within my budget so I make a new one looking for VPS instead
