A newbie’s ramblings about my VPS purchase history

Casting my mind back to early 2024, after splurging on an overpriced, oversold provider, my VPS addiction kicked into high gear. Ever since, I’ve been hooked on buying VPSes—only to let them gather dust—yet I still can’t resist every flash sale. Sadly, back then I only got my deals through a niche blog that filtered everything; I never found the original sources, wasted loads of time, and learned next to nothing.

Now that I’ve finally launched my own site, I’ve been learning and growing step by step (and I get the promos first-hand—ha!).

Attached are screenshots of two VPSes I still actively use. Apart from a hiccup around early 2025, this provider has been rock-solid for real work. Blame Claw—that villain!

Awkward—I have no idea how to post the screenshots.

  • Install copyparty and host your own images.

  • Why this smells like more of an ad than anything else.

No, I think you're being a bit oversensitive. I wasn't promoting anything or dropping hints—just expressing my feelings in the post.

As for the merchants mentioned later, like Claw, didn't you notice that I was actually criticizing them?

Your post wasn't a review and doesn't appear to be useful. You might prefer a chat platform like discord or a diary instead.

    No.

  • are you thinking what i am thinking

Nope. That wasn't a criticism. That was just rambling with no base.

You know. This all reminds me of the amazing days of ThePlanet.

    Fuck Softlayer

Edit: This is a promotion to bring back the best host ever. To the owners of the ThePlanet, you sellouts suck.
