Both my dedi and VPS went offline for a while. Dedi seems to be back, VPS is still offline.
Network stability in Asia is poor. Support is inadequate; they rarely respond. There are issues with auto-provisioning for dedicated servers.

I've had 3 tickets, all responded to within a few hours ...
none are offered as "auto provisioned" - they all have lead times ...
Maybe go take a walk... your experience - if even real, lol - is yours alone. Bots do bot shit, apparently.

Perhaps you should take your own advice: be practical ... it's a holiday here in the US, and you marked your ticket "medium" ... take a breath, compadre. Go outside, touch some grass, if they even have that where you are, and try to relax.

Mine was ordered on Aug 3 without any updates since. I think at some point they mentioned they were building one by one and have limited time each day to work on.
in other words, keep them waiting until its too late to dispute charges.
