Racknerd payment errors

I have had services at Racknerd for years, but for the last few months they won't accept any of the regular payment options anymore (Paypal, Apple/Amazon pay, credit card).
"We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."
Support is unhelpful and just forwards me to FastSpring, who cant find any problem.
The only way I can load is via crypto (added fees) or Alipay or other chinese options. Did the company change ownership?
Anyone figure out a way to get regular payments work?

Are you using a VPN? That could be a reason for failure.

no VPN, no change in payment providers, everything stayed the same
I'd just open an Alipay account but after looking at the appstore ratings I no longer feel like wanting to go through all that
Hi @hinkelhausen -- sounds like something with your payment is triggering FastSpring’s security checks. Have you tried paying via Stripe instead? To do this, go directly to your RackNerd invoice (not the FastSpring popup) — on the right-hand side where you see the dropdown, switch it from “PayPal” to “Credit Card.” From there you’ll see a green “Pay Now” button — click that, and it’ll take you through checkout using Stripe.
Either way, I’ll be sending you a DM here shortly so we can get this squared away. The good thing is we support quite a few different payment methods, so I’m confident we’ll figure something out — whether that means finding what’s causing FastSpring to block you, or just going with another method that’s easier for you.
