I am currently using G-Core Armenia with 31 ms latency. My main use case is running a no-logs VPN. I am looking for an affordable VPS provider that offers:
Low latency to 194.26.229.20
Unmetered bandwidth

Since the mentioned IP is in Moscow .. go with any provider who is located in Moscow?

Just to that IP, or you want also to have low latency to your server?
