i use mxroute since 2019. no issues, no complaints, no compromise 103/100
Currently have to skip it, I already have 3 services. Been using MXRoute since 2022. No issues, no complaints. 10/10
Thanks @jar and @xmok for the API way ! Will check out soon !
When I try to add MX record in desec.io, I get the following error:
Only one is enough or I'll have to add both?
MY IM LOVE MR ROUTE
I believe only adding one MX solves that. You don't really need both. The main reason for both MX records is to make people stop asking why we don't use two. SMTP retry is more reliable than any backup relay I've ever built.
Been idling mxroute for quite some time.
Please consider adding crypto as a payment option (annual request, don't mind, one can still hope for).
I copied your docs (software, not necessarily the contents). I hope you don't mind.
I also love catching up with the blog.
When someone inevitably points out that you copied it and acts like it's a gotcha:
Resellers should absolutely feel empowered to copy our documentation. And @MichaelCee should feel free to put his feet on the couch.
Can we use this for OTP and order status confirmation , no promotion mails
Absolutely
Love you Jar
2 years customer, not even 1 complain I can think of
Shits works and I love it that way
Just to show that we're rapidly working on implementing popular customer requests this year, we now provide SMTP over HTTP API: https://docs.mxroute.com/docs/api/smtp-api.html
Great feature! This will immensely help someone like me who is using a VPS with SMTP ports blocked to send out emails.
My spidey-senses are tingling... feels like Jar is in the kitchen cooking up a proper transactional email service! This API is an amazing first ingredient. I am hyped now.
If you're not sending emails from your domains, you might as well just have Cloudflare forward the incoming emails to your main email account.
We are hoping for a webhook to receive emails matching a filter.
It can be used to extract incoming verification codes or build an auto responder.
On the sending side, we are hoping for NodeMailer integration and a GitHub Actions.
It'd be great to see more documentation/options around backup. Both for the individual user such as myself (I want to know if I move my main email to there I won't login one day to find them all gone) and for admins who perhaps need to help a user at their company who deleted email they shouldn't have.
Would also be good to have options to increase storage space if needed(although I appreciate with BF offers etc this maybe not so easy)
Feedback heard. By end of year I want the product experience to be barely recognizable when compared to what it is today, and those are some important points that I'd like to touch on if I can.
Email archival as a service might be useful ,I know my employer uses mimecast to keep an archive as an audit log of emails, would be a value add if you could offer similar. Ticks a compliance box for some and a good way to offer backups
I did this when they first released the feature, worked fine until I realize I can't find the emails. Eventually, I found that Cloudflare rate-limited or something due to forwarding. Worst part was, I had no way to actually obtain that email once CF drops it, since they don't keep a copy.
It could have improved since then but still I'd just pay $10 a year for the peace of mind. At least with mxroute, if the forwarded emails don't come through, you can log in to the mailbox and find that email. Or bug @jar for a fix, or both.
Another +1 for mxroute. I've been a client for years. Never an issue.
We sold a good bit of these but I did reduce the stock to a reasonable number, and it is now sold out. My goal was to get more LET members in that had lower budgets, and it seems that I miscalculated the net result. This promotion verifiably cut revenue in half every day that it was stocked. I don't care much about profit, but leaving revenue on the table when I could be using it to improve the product seems like a bad thing ๐

As a customer who's been using MXroute for 10 years and 5 months without any issues, I'd totally recommend you jump on this offer!
Is https://accounts.mxroute.com/ working for anyone else?
it works for me in the UK.
