Hetzner EX44 - performance mode not effective
I ran the following command:
cpupower frequency-set -g performance
However, it doesn’t seem to work as expected — the CPU scaling is not staying at 100%.
Here’s a screenshot of the lscpu output:

On a Raspberry Pi 4/5, running the same command makes lscpu report CPU scaling at 100%.
Am I missing something obvious here?

Run a geekbench and compare with anothers.
Either override min/max frequency manually, either disable pstate.
