Your bandwidth usage is fine, as long as its not pushed in such short periods of time that effects the port for others.
We do not ignore DMCA requests but we do send them to you, depending on the severity of the abuse claim then we would determine the best route of action. For example if it's a mail spam then we look at what's in it, then contact you with the report for you to rectify.

Yep but this unmetered bit is worrying tbh.
Personally I don't mind limited traffic ( 10TB ) with this 10Gbps port.
1Gbps shared port may suffocate vps during sudden burst, reduce RPS drastically. I had a VPS with shared port that can't handle 200 RPS while the cpu ram with the stack I use technically can serve 5k rps easily.
There's no mitigation against network bottleneck.
