I agree, what should I do to set vps to use all 1280MB ram? I'm on Ubuntu24.04 and it has 1028MB ram now instead of 1280MB. Also I power off and power on vps many times but no luck.

We do not have servers in Rome, but if you are talking about Romania, we have 3 datacenters there. In Timisoara and Bucharest IPv6 is working great, in Constanta we still have issues there.
