issues with datawagon

Everything has been good until the past couple of months. I am unable to pay with CC or debit as i get a visa popup that says we are unable to send you a notification and it bombs. datawagon insists it's the card..when i have cancelled the card 5 times, used a different card...and datawagon is the only one out of all of my vendors...that gives me this issue. It all started when they totally killed their whmcs control panel and went to the new one..which ironically enough is still accessed via beta.x.xxx The services are great but trying to pay them can be a challenged. If you talk enough you get the..nobody else is having this issue...like i said..good services...just trying to pay them might be a challenge..especially if you prefer to NOT use crypto or paypal...yes those are options...i just prefer to not use them. Take this report for what you wish. I have services at datawagon and i am not telling folks to leave...just as a caveat.

  • If the visa payment popup says they can’t send a notification to you it’s related with your bank/card/mobile. This is part of 2FA verification.

    Normally you should get notification on your mobile phone asking to reject or accept the payment. That error might be related with that.

    Your other payments might not be with 2FA so you might not have this error. Did you tried adding your card to datawagon’s whmcs panel first?

    The issue you're referencing has nothing to do with our system, and is an issue with your bank and / or card failing 3DS, as we've told you several times

    We require 3DS verification on cards that support it. The screenshot you sent us shows an error message that is from the Visa 3DS Iframe, with your bank's logo and a Visa logo at the top. It specifically says to contact the "customer service number found on the back of your card". It is in no way from our system. It specifically says that it's an issue with your bank, and not us. The screenshot reads:

    Authentication Failed

    We do not have a current method to deliver a secure passcode to you. As a result, we are unable to process your transaction at this time.

    Please contact the customer service number found on the back of your card.

    wrong...datawagon is the only vendor that is having this issue. all of my other vendors(some of which require this verification) work fine...it's only datawagon that has this issue. If i am the outlier among thousands..that's fine..although i highly doubt it.....

    they have totally killed the whmcs panel..it's no longer available3. If it was i would not have had the issues i have been having as the old panel worked perfectly. Now i understand the want of what is probably a home grown panel..not having to pay whmcs exorbitant license fees...i do not begrudge them that. normally yes..i should get a notification on my phone..but i don't..not when datawagon is involved. I have tried to add a cc to the account...this is the issue..i can't...so i cannot pay without using paypal or crypto. I have had to use payal for now. I am not saying their service is bad or that this is a bad company...i have more than one product form them and intend to stay there...just paying them can be....challenging if you do not wish to use crypto or paypal..neither of which i prefer to use.

    But what happened when you called the number on your card?
