Looking for Multiple Storage Servers in India (1–2 TB each) for Cold Backup (Yearly Billing)

I’m looking for multiple storage servers in India for cold backup use.
Requirements
Location: India (any region OK)
Storage: 1–2 TB HDD per server (RAID-1/RAID-10 preferred, but flexible)
Usage: Cold storage; minimal activity after initial upload
Network: 1 Gbps port (capped) is sufficient
Bandwidth: Low monthly transfer is fine; don’t need high traffic
Billing: Yearly preferred (please mention if discounts available)
Extras (nice to have): 1x IPv4, IPv6, SMART access, remote console/IPMI
Quantity: Multiple servers (please include bulk pricing if available)
Please share your plan details, location, disk type (HDD/SSD cache), RAID options, bandwidth/port, yearly price, and test IP.

Why not AWS S3? As HDDs will fail at some point of time
I am only looking for Private use. So for this scenario S3 storage is costly.
Idrive e2 has a singapore region option.
Yearly 1tb is about $4.125/tb or $5 a month but egress needs to be 3 times stored amount or less. so 1tb would give you 3tb or less egress.
I just saw they have a Latency tester. Not sure how accurate that is.
Just another option I know you said s3 would be costly but if your egress is low maybe this is an option.
