CPU: Ryzen 7950x3d or 7950x
RAM: 64GB
Storage: 200GB NVMe
Network: burstable to 10gbps network speed, traffic purchasements in flatrates like 1G, 2G
Extra services: BYOIP/BGP sessions

Budget: starting from 150 usd, can afford even for higher prices if the service quality is excellent
