    generally after checking the blinking help window in your website and the activity time on this website, all these made me think that your staff are on call. so I replied it.
    If I knew your working time schedule, I wouldn't send nosy reply in your off time.

    another issue is that $7vps in LA has got limited network speed to 100Mbps.
    It looks like the limit only exists in some specific ip ranges, such as 104.168.x.x, maybe the routes of new ip range is not proper set in the DC side. idk.

    Anyway I believe DediRock now. take it easy.

    no no not at all :) here to help and make service better, so your feedback is valuable to me.

    Its a fun sale, and some fun challenges are to be expected :) Already fixed 2 major problems one was fraud detection (sorry to all of those that got flag'd :) problem is now fixed) other was a misconfiguration in the backend with WHMCS (sorry to those who got a LA server when buying a NY or vice versa, well send new servers :) now to just fixing an IP issue.

    yeah LA servers are not accesible. only via VNC but not internet. also we demand virtualizor panel to be enabled xD

    It seems there are some issues with the LA VPS network. I am wondering whether the limited speed of 100Mbps will be resolved after the network is repaired. and I am patient and understand that the issue may take some time to resolve.

    IF its ColoCrossing im afraid you can forget about IPv6, because they keep saying they working on It and it will be added, but that's bullshit, probably by 2090 they will implement IPv6

    So I jumped the gun, the first vps with Michael @DediRock although it's just plain ol CC, no problem with network(as expected).... The cpu as always is slooow...
    Just curious michael can I get quadruple double the initial 2TB BW pretty please? I am thinking of using it as a backup relay for my home lab server.
