Placed an order for 2 servers on August 16, PAID.

No response after placing an order 11 days ago, servers not installed.
No response. Created a ticket on August 21, still no response.

    They are quite slow in response but overall the uptime and server is good. I'm also facing the slow support

    Very good web interface and excellent first impression were ruined by the lack of any response from technical/billing support.

    Same thing happened with me, Even several users are not having problem with server and uptime but lack of support is the only problem

    As noted above, our hosting is extremely stable and without crashes, our managers missed the client's order.

    We are already solving the problem with the client.

    P.S. The article is excellent! Krebs knows how to turn everything upside down. In Russia, there is a saying - "don't believe everything you write on the fence." Good luck, and I ask the client to contact us, your ticket was answered.

    there’s a single 5 star trustpilot review from april 2025, but that’s it no one else has written anything.

    their own site says © 2014–2025, but the domain was only registered in 2023. the asn abuse contact is listed as [email protected].

    do your own research, but looks fishy along with the article.

    Hi, @mlcloud I;m really glad you respond, I have asked for the PTR Record update since so long, can you also resolved that as well. the ticket Id - 1992 (09/07/2025) and 2014 (15/07/2025) , and also i asked for gpu card ticket 2113 ( 25/08/2025)

    Support promised to deliver two servers within 24 hours.
    Forty-eight hours have passed, and still nothing.

    I got 1 server yesterday only with gpu

  • I am waiting for them to refund my money.
    I transferred $600 on August 16 and waited 11 days for the servers, but they never arrived.
    I requested a refund on August 31, but I still haven't received it.

  • Resolved.
