Las Vegas has been offline for 24 hours, and the control panel cannot be logged in, without any notification.

Las Vegas's stability has been shaky since about two months ago. The ticket feedback stated the issue was resolved, but the system remains unstable in reality. This is a bad sign.

How long will it take to recover?

  • They post updates on the status page - https://hostodo.instatus.com/
I'm no longer a customer, but got a notification (probably subscribed long time ago).

It seems like something odd happened and Hassan works on adding ddos protection services

tampa's been accessible for coming up on 3hrs, detroit still awol.

  • this whole thread makes me glad I got out when I did ... of course, I couldn't actually cancel it - there's no interface/option to do so ... tho I did put in a ticket to do that - which was ignored ... yet somehow, I was still "suspended" for not paying, lol... OK ...

edit: i dont have anything in vegas so can't comment

  • They put themselves behind path.net for protection

Kind of interesting, I just have Detroit but looks stable so far.

Writing here because there is no option left now.
We have 8GB RAM / 80GB NVMe / 4 Core / 6TB Bandwidth, Paid Triennially VPS, It was one of the best VPS purchased at that time (12/05/2025) but as time goes the the performance and uptime degraded drastically, Even when it comes up after a radom downtime (past 2-3 months) it takes 2-3 days to become stable, Still we haven't said anything cuz at least it was working.

But after the recent DDOS issue, which is said to be resolved on August 25, 2025, the VPS is not even funtional the sites hosted on VPS took a major hit in loading time (many times doesn't even load), Even the SSH is not functional , cant even connect most of the time and when connected it takes at least 10sec to write a simple CMD.
We have already opened tickets tkt::ujupxn1lfb - Peering issues,tkt::k4imdffeuj - Downtime,
ON - 30/08/2025,06/08/2025, respectively but never got any reply.
I don't know what to do now........

We know, that's the only reason we haven't done anything... But still it's a major issue, we can't communicate on issues, random uptime, also there's no compensation (not saying he should do for minor days it's down but there should be something for the long downtime and random days , for eg if we count on my instance in past 2-3 months is was down or inaccessable for arround 15 days, and this is in a tenure of total 9 months and considering 3y at the end user could easily loose 1-2m).

But what i feel the major drawback and worst thing is communication here, like we were in panic ran everything to debug, checking logs but in the end the problem is not from our side and still not, also the A.I support is...... :) . It just tell random things and at last it will say it will frwd the ticket to L2.
