I wish i seen this early, i was just aruging with some path employees and i was told i was saying "consipracy theories" And 1 of the "employees" left the group after i responded to someone else talking about path stupidity

The funny thing was it wasnt supposed to be a argument, Some guy there were talking about "unpaid" bills and stuff about path, and then "kyan" the path employee started saying non sense and i responded to it, and then it continued from there.

So thats why it the hearing was vacated. Tempest is returning a good chunk of hardware.
I’m not entirely sure how this works, but even if they return this, wouldn’t they still be responsible for the remaining lease payments? Also, what about the other hardware? This seems far from everything.
Yes the lawsuit is still ongoing, just the replevin was vacated which means Data Sales isn't trying to get an emergency hold on the hardware since Path is returning (some) of it
