They removed setup fees on all servers, even high grade ones.
No info about promotion, so its not promotion. They are dumping setup fees for good.
This may force hetzner to remove setup fees.

But if they removed the setup fees I will have a huge grudge - just ordered some eco servers this month when setup fees still applied...
Tbh most dedicated server providers dont charge setup fees. No setup fees on OVH servers will make more people choose OVH.
