    They are on a mixture of EPYC 7402P, 7742's. If you are referring to high performance, it's a mixture of 5900, 7900, 9950X.

  • By far the worst support I’ve ever encountered with. Invoicing system has issues with NowPayments. I paid the invoice 3 days ago, opened a ticket 3 days ago and said the invoice status is not marked as paid even tho I paid and I have confirmation from NowPayments side that I paid. Still their system didnt set the invoice status to paid. They didnt even reply my ticket in 3 days. My service suspended for 2 days. I got a new invoice with late payment penalty fee added on top of the server original amount.

    I mean if you cannot provide support for your customers, stop selling them services!

    Also I opened another ticket related to AVX support for docker on Windows Server, which from the research I’ve had, its a supervisor configuration issue, I dont have AVX on Docker containers. They answered the ticket 2 weeks later saying whats the issue? We have AVX enabled on our side (after I writed 5 messages about it). Really dont know what to say except to get a refund and never buy from them. Worst experience ever.

    @SilverCreek

    Hi @darkkiss,

    I'll address your comment in two parts -- first the invoice.

    Your invoice was not marked as paid automatically by our system as NowPayments did not receive the full payment for the service (https://i.imgur.com/GFgirHI.png). As it did not receive the full payment, we did not receive the IPN hook to tell us it was paid, and it did not get marked appropriately. You opened a ticket 2 days ago, it was assigned to the Billing queue. I've pushed your VM due date out an extra week for the issue you experienced and as we said in the ticket we recommend paying your invoices at least a few days in advance to prevent this issue from occurring in future.

    In terms of AVX ticket, this was a mistake on our end -- it was started being responded to by one of our staff, and the staff didn't finish the response as they got pulled away to another issue and it was unfortunately not touched further as it had a pending reply. Please accept our apologies for this.

    I did review the ticket from there (8866021, opened 24 days ago), and we (7 days ago):

    1. After your initial ticket message, you sent a single follow up message days later which got answered the same day;
    2. Requested logs to identify the issue as you stated ("Please enable AVX support for my VM");
    3. You stated that AVX and AVX2 are enabled inside Windows itself, but claimed AVX is not being passed through nested virtualization, sent the output of cpuinfo from WSL2;
    4. We replied thanking you for this, and said that as it is showing up in Windows itself it's outside of scope for support. Our full response was: "This sounds like a Windows-specific issue, and not a host/hypervisor issue. I'm not sure how to help you on this one as we're not Windows engineers and we've never encountered this problem before -- sorry about that.";
    5. There was no further responses to this ticket, and it was automatically closed after 3 days. The ticket contained a total of 3 messages from you, with 2 responses from us, and 6 notes on the ticket internally by staff);

    As a side note, I do see a credit was applied in the amount of $4.25 on 08/21/2025 as an apology for the response time not meeting expectations as I explained above (https://i.imgur.com/SX6vYqB.png).

    Thanks :smile:

    Hi I'm the support staff (along with others), and I assure you they are spending many pennies on me.

    If you are unsatisfied please open a ticket with billing and we'll get you a refund, just send me the ticket number and I’ll let the team know.

    dear, no offence to you or others, but those pennies being spent on you or others are going down the drain if there is no response to the tickets, else all those who have written in here are wrong.

    prove me wrong

    Same issue again this month, but this time, I dont even see the server in my Services in the panel and I cannot access it via RDP either. Seems like its removed. I already paid the invoice on time with the same amount. The support took forever to answer. The system is garbage and I dont understand why they are still doing business. Never had issues with any other providers so far but this provider...

    I requested a refund and order cancellation (if they even reply to my ticket) . I dont want to buy from them anymore.

    Hey @darkkiss, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us

    I already paid the invoice on time with the same amount.

    The crypto payment processor did not confirm your payment to us until 2 days ago. I explained that in the ticket as soon as you opened it. It's thanksgiving and a weekend, so the ticket hasn't been reached yet.

    The support took forever to answer

    It took me around 80 minutes to answer you, I don't think that's considered forever, it was 5:35AM my time.

    Again, my apologies. Hopefully we can improve and you can have a service with us in the future and be much more content.
