    I've bought many VPS from providers here, and WebHorizon, Gullo.me, InterServer are both stable and affordable. OVH and Hetzner are a little expensive but very stable, and you'd better avoid @VirMach , ihostart for poor stability, and kts24.com (budgetvm.host just refuses new customers).

    Oh yes, heartbeat is good also, I still remember the VPS is the most performant VPS I've ever got for 9 euros.
