There is IPv6 connectivity, but the IPv6 configuration on my newly activated machine is problematic. After thorough troubleshooting, I have confirmed that the issue lies with the provider's network device configuration. A support ticket has been submitted.

Yes, it's probably true.
But we also 'win' nearly nothing, when lot of (most of) provider - who offer yearly plans - deadpool, stop working, or reply for tickets, etc about after 5-7 months operational time and we get about the half of the service time for the 'full money'.
