We are from Romania too.
The reason we are so busy is that we are building a real cloud (openstack, kubernets, pay per hour) in Europe, and we are starting with Romania. We want to connect at least 3-4 datacenters to make multiple availability zones within a country.

I meant to order 2 x Starter but somehow ended up with 1 Micro and 1 Starter, so at this point I am a bit confused on what bonus I can get.. I am an existing customer with 5 other Starter servers, so maybe you could give me a break with free upgrade of Micro to Starter? In any case, I would like to get 1 extra Starter VPS in Germany with IP from the 2 first ranges - 45.138.99.88 or 45.134.50.0 (my existing VPS in Germany has IP in 3rd range, so I'd like different range, please)
