On their dedi line I did not hear about any throtling on high traffic. Seems to be that unlimited means no limit at OVH. It is not usual, for example unlimited means no more than 200--300 TB per mo at Hetzner so I think that if they offer unlimited on the VPS, it might be realy unlimited.
It is unmetered, only APAC locations are limited bandwidth.
