Looking for a chicago vps with a little storage

Recently I saw tnahosting's hybrid line but it was sold out. And I really need a vps in CHI with a very low budget: <5$/mo. Heres are my requirement:
1-2 vCPU
1gb RAM
75g disk
4T Traffic
200M Port
The cpus should have a GB5 scores higher than 1100 or multi higher than 1900. Just use for burst load, 24h average load lower than 15%.
The network should have a peering with GSL or just a good latency with it.
My use is game network optimising and a little file sharing, for myself and friends. Maybe its very low-end and eccentric but I think someone will make one.

I've been looking for something similar in Chicago. The best options I've found are NFOservers, HostHatch, Kuroit, and GreenCloud. Unfortunately they're all out of stock and/or above your budget. Personally I will wait for black friday
NFOservers and GreenCloud have those specs in stock right now for ~$10/mo. And TNAHosting still has stock for $5/mo
I forgot to mention @Clouvider. They're one of the best in Chicago and nearly within your budget
