Your cheapest option probably would be to get your own /24 and then look for providers that can offer you a BGP session or do BYOIP.
As far as I know, there are 2 providers that offer anycast as a service BuyVM and Rage4.
BuyVM has no Asia PoP, and Rage4 doesn't do VMs and has high traffic prices.
You might find some providers offering you any special custom-built solution, but those will most definitely have a heavy surcharge.
We can accommodate anycast announcements as part of our BYOIP program, but you’d have the /24 to announce. Also we’re only located in Phoenix AZ USA, so you would need another provider who also announces the /24 in SG
