IP is shared amongst users but sometimes you may have a dedicated ipv6 + you have a limited number of ports for your apps.

I feel compelled to share my experience with KhanWebHost to prevent others from going through the same frustration. My interaction with them has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
It all started when I saw their advertised "2-day money-back guarantee" on their website, which gave me the confidence to purchase a NAT VPS from them. The service, however, was not as described, so I naturally contacted them within that promised period to request a refund.
What followed was a complete runaround. My support ticket was ignored for two full days before I received any response. When they finally replied, it was from the Managing Director himself, Asad Khan Alizai, who told me that the "billing team" is only available on Monday and that they would "decide whether to refund or not." This was a huge red flag—a refund shouldn't be a decision; it's an obligation based on their own public policy.
To make matters worse, they immediately terminated my service as soon as I submitted the ticket, meaning I had no product and no guarantee of getting my money back. A full week after my initial request, I was still left in limbo, with no certainty about whether I would receive a refund.
In short, they use a refund policy to attract customers but refuse to honor it promptly and without hassle. Their support is slow, and their communication is vague and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid KhanWebHost and choose a more trustworthy provider.
We dont have any KYC but if we found anything fisshy we can ask for documents
Disadvantanges of NAT Is you have a shared ip you cnt use it as a normal vps mostly people use it for just VPN
yes your vps was terminated because you canncelled it own you never reach us before the ticket, we always share the test ip for a specific reason e.g someone raised the ticket i m unable to connect it!!! when you have test ip you need to check the connectivity before ordering . we cannot gurantee about 100% connectivity to whole world we are offering NAT Services at very low price and its limited to support as well so please wait untill monday
