-unlimited bandwidth
-mini config : 0.5 vCPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB Storage.
-Any location is fine.

Ok thanks, unfortunately on the website it's for 1TB per month which is a bit low for me.
https://clouvider.com/vps comes with a routed /48 but you need to be reasonable with your bandwidth requirements.
